The Card you provide upon booking is not charged until service is complete! I don’t receive deposits until your appointment is approved. All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE❗️ PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT: Please come with hair washed, blown straight out, with no product in hair unless you are adding wash service to your appointment. Hair is NOT INCLUDED in any services. I Prefer to use Soul Sister Yaky Perm. PLEASE READ❗️ ** Clients with Thick/Coarse Hair, Very Short hair as well as Long Hair will be charged an additional $20 per appointment. Natural client’s make sure your hair is completely stretched. (Blowed Out) There will be an additional $20 fee to stretch hair, unless you are adding additional services to your appointment. Please Do Not bring any guests with you to your appointment for any reason, unless they are being serviced❗️ LATE: Please be on time. 15 minutes late or more is a $10 late fee. After 15 min you will need to reschedule. No call, no show will result in you being prohibited to book another appointment.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be cancelled 48 hours prior to appointment time. Failure to cancel within 48 hours will result in a 20% cancellation fee.
